1. Returns on Opened Products
Because our products are consumable and personal in nature, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. When a Replacement or Refund is Possible
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

3. Reporting an Issue
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve it quickly, share:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

4. What Happens Next
Once we review and approve your request:

  • We’ll either send a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Process a refund to your original payment method

5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Packaging & Privacy
If a return is approved, the product should be sent back in its original packaging. We make sure all such requests are handled discreetly to respect your privacy.

Our products are meant for wellness support. Since results can vary from person to person, we’re unable to offer refunds based on personal expectations or effectiveness.
